Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Moonchild Decor, we strive for excellence in every bottle. If your order does not meet our quality standards due to transit damage, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please review our formal policy regarding returns, replacements, and cancellations below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We maintain a strict Replacement-Only policy. To maintain the hygiene and integrity of our fragrance products, we do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Damaged Goods: We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive in a broken, damaged, or torn condition.

  • Timeframe: Any discrepancy in product quality or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a piece-to-piece replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • The product must show no visible signs of wear, use, or alteration.

  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of the original delivery date.

  • In case of a package being tampered/damaged / defective, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage or damage / incorrect product, which has to be made.

3. Replacement Process

Once your return request is validated, we will initiate a replacement under the following terms:

  • Fulfillment: We will dispatch a new unit of the same product within 15 working days post receiving the original goods delivered at the first place, or include it in your next scheduled delivery.

  • Collection: Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from the original delivery location. To schedule a pickup, please contact us at +91 63-7626-3050.

4. Cancellation Policy

We process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Orders may only be cancelled within one (1) hour of placement.

  • To request a cancellation, please email Support@moonchildaroma.com with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Please note that Moonchild Aroma does not issue monetary refunds. In the event of a damaged delivery, our primary resolution is a complimentary replacement. In specific instances where a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the Company’s discretion. The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
